Taisha Crayton is an executive strategist, entrepreneur, and institutional leader with more than 30 years of experience building businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and leading complex initiatives across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
Taisha’s strategic perspective is grounded in firsthand entrepreneurial experience. She founded and scaled a property services and construction management company into a multimillion-dollar enterprise, building expertise in business development, operational design, financial stewardship, and sustainable growth that informs how she connects executive strategy with the realities of implementation.
As the former inaugural Director of Harvard University’s Office for Economic Inclusion & Diversity, she developed and implemented institution-wide strategies across 15 decentralized schools within an institutional procurement environment exceeding $15 billion over four years. Her leadership included building procurement inclusion frameworks, strengthening institutional accountability, developing strategic partnerships, and helping establish the Harvard Construction Academy.
Previously, at the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, Taisha directed contractor certification and access and opportunity functions within a public construction portfolio of approximately $4 billion. Her responsibilities included contractor eligibility, regulatory compliance, and the administration and enforcement of policies governing access to public construction opportunities.
Taisha also co-created Bridge 2 Trades, a workforce development initiative connecting young people with skilled-trades career pathways through employer engagement, industry partnerships, and hands-on learning.
Today, she leads NOTYARC Management Group, bringing institutional leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and operational expertise together to help organizations translate resources and influence into meaningful economic and community outcomes.
